Our best selling Octopus Bark is our original version of the popular Turtle. Pure milk or dark chocolate is layered in pans and then covered in rich creamy caramel. Fresh pecan pieces are poured over the caramel and then a final coat of chocolate is layered over the pecans. The barks are decorated with pecan pieces and contrasting chocolate.
